Claude Code 2.1.186 adds MCP login/logout CLI commands

Adds `claude mcp login` and `claude mcp logout` for authenticating MCP servers from CLI without the interactive menu, with stdin redirect support for SSH. Also adds status filtering to the /workflows agent detail view and fixes streaming errors after sleep.
