Claude Code v2.1.207 releases with default auto mode on Bedrock/Vertex AI/Foundry

Auto mode is now enabled by default on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry (no opt-in needed); disable via disableAutoMode setting. Fixes include terminal freezing while streaming long content and several other bug fixes.
