Claude Code 2.1.229 adds remote-control resume, SSE keepalives

Claude Code 2.1.229 ships 32 CLI changes, including documented `claude remote-control --continue` for resuming sessions, server-supplied hook support for self-hosted runners, and SSE keepalive pings to prevent idle-timeout disconnects on Vertex and Bedrock upstreams. Also fixes streaming duplication, narrow-terminal crashes, and Windows extended-path crashes.
