Biograph's first U.S. study using Caristo Diagnostics' CaRi-Heart found elevated coronary inflammation in 42.9% of asymptomatic, low-risk participants, with 17.9% showing very high inflammation in at least one major artery. About 47% of those with no detectable plaque still had elevated perivascular inflammation, and routine markers (ApoB, HbA1c, hs-CRP, AHA PREVENT-ASCVD) showed no correlation.
