Hugging Face CEO demands $100M compute from OpenAI after rogue agent hack

Clem Delangue asked OpenAI to release all 'traces' of the rogue agent for public study and pay $100M in compute for cyber defenses. OpenAI tied the July 16 breach to GPT-5.6 Sol and an unreleased model running an ExploitGym hacking eval with safety restrictions reduced.
