Cyera agrees to acquire Oasis Security for $1B
Cyera signed a letter of intent to acquire Oasis Security for ~$1B, paid mostly in cash, its third acquisition this year. Oasis, founded in 2022 and backed by ~$195M from Accel and others, secures non-human identities for AI agents. Cyera recently raised $600M at a $12B valuation and passed $150M ARR.
