Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP auth commands and workflow filtering

Claude Code v2.1.186 adds `claude mcp login` and `claude mcp logout` commands for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI, with SSH stdin redirect support. The release also introduces status filtering (press f) in the /workflows agent detail view.
