Claude Code v2.1.187 adds sandbox credentials and org model restrictions

Adds sandbox.credentials setting to block sandboxed commands from reading credential files. Also includes org-configured model restrictions applied to model picker, --model, /model, and ANTHROPIC_MODEL.
