US lifts export controls on Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5

The US Department of Commerce lifted export controls on Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models on June 30. Anthropic will begin restoring access tomorrow. The controls were imposed in June over a disputed jailbreak of Fable 5's safeguards.
