Claude Code v2.1.193 released with auto-mode shell classifier

Claude Code v2.1.193 introduces autoMode.classifyAllShell setting, routing all Bash/PowerShell commands through the auto-mode classifier. It also adds auto-mode denial reasons to transcript, denial toast, and /permissions recent denials.
