Claude Code v2.1.206 adds path suggestions and /doctor

Adds directory path suggestions to /cd matching /add-dir behavior, and a /doctor check that proposes trimming CLAUDE.md files. /commit-push-pr now auto-allows git push to the repo's configured push remote.
