OpenAI removes 5-hour limit, resets usage for Codex and ChatGPT

OpenAI removed the 5-hour usage limit on Codex and ChatGPT and reset usage limits for all users. A new option in usage settings allows manual resets on web and mobile, with extra banked resets available.
