Claude Code 2.1.251 adds model-switch hooks, symlink security fixes
Claude Code 2.1.251 ships 71 CLI changes, including PreModelSwitch/PostModelSwitch hooks to block or confirm model switches and fixes for symlink path traversal in file tools. It also adds live streaming of foreground subagent tool calls to Remote Control clients and a spend limit bar in /usage.
