Meta brings AI-powered "Your Algorithm" feed controls to Facebook

Two r/ClaudeAI and r/ChatGPT threads describe heavy daily reliance: one user says Claude now reads and drafts all their email and documents, another runs a small SaaS business through hundreds of ChatGPT exchanges a day as a "second CEO brain."
