Claude Code v2.1.206 adds directory path suggestions and /doctor checks

New /cd command gets directory path suggestions matching /add-dir behavior. /doctor checks propose trimming CLAUDE.md by cutting content Claude could derive from the codebase. /commit-push-pr now auto-allows git push to configured remote.
