Anthropic moves Fab 5 to metered token billing

Anthropic is moving its Fab 5 coding feature from flat-rate subscription to per-token credit packs starting July 12. Competitors like OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol and Grok 4.5 still offer flat-rate tiers for coding workflows.
