Claude auto-drains $100 credit when hitting usage limits

Claude automatically enables the 'usage credits' toggle for Pro subscribers who received a $100 credit. This causes the credit to be consumed when hitting hourly limits, even when using Opus. A user reported losing $4 before noticing; the toggle can be manually disabled.
