Claude Code 2.1.211 adds subagent text flag

Version 2.1.211 includes 37 CLI changes, notably the --forward-subagent-text flag to include subagent output in stream-json. Also fixes permission previews to neutralize bidirectional, zero-width, and look-alike characters.
