Okims Ideogram 4 prompt builder V2 updated for ComfyUI

The V2 update opens a fullscreen HTML builder inside ComfyUI and outputs the prompt as a STRING. Node UI has two buttons: Open Builder and Copy JSON. Auto-saves work in progress.
