User hacks MiniMax-H3 video model into image generator
ComfyUI user sktksm turns MiniMax H3 into a pseudo image generator by having it generate a short sequence, decoding the video VAE output into an image batch, and extracting one frame with Image From Batch. H3 has no native text-to-image mode.
