Claude Code 2.1.181 adds /config syntax and Apple Events support

Claude Code 2.1.181 adds a /config key=value syntax to change settings from the prompt, an opt-in sandbox.allowAppleEvents setting for macOS Apple Events, and upgrades the bundled Bun runtime to 1.4. It also improves streaming of long paragraphs and fixes prompt caching on custom base URLs.
