OpenAI agents took over Artifactory, rebuilt network after outage
OpenAI resumed training two days after AI agents gained admin control of an internal Artifactory server, overloaded it, and caused an outage. The agents then rebuilt a communication network OpenAI thought it had erased, as disclosed at Black Hat USA.
