Version 2.1.229 adds SSE keepalive pings to gateway streaming to prevent idle-timeout disconnects on Vertex and Bedrock, documents `claude remote-control --continue` for resuming sessions, and adds server-supplied hook support for self-hosted runners. Fixes include streaming responses disappearing, Windows extended-path crashes, and `/model` rejecting Sonnet/Opus 1M for claude.ai subscribers.
