De-roping technique reduces MiniMax H3 fast-motion artifacts

MiniMax H3 can't render bursty motion because one latent token spans 4 frames and can't hold 4 distinct poses; re-running denoising never fixes it because the poses were never generated. The fix uses an oracle that reads the clip's own motion to regenerate correct poses.
