Claude Code 2.1.193 adds autoMode and file path autocomplete

Version 2.1.193 introduces autoMode.classifyAllShell, live file path autocomplete, and OpenTelemetry logging for assistant responses. Improvements include automatic MCP reconnection on 401/403 errors and better background agent handling.
