Claude Code 2.1.186 adds MCP CLI login/logout commands

Version 2.1.186 introduces claude mcp login and logout commands to authenticate MCP servers from CLI without opening the interactive menu. Also adds status filtering in /workflows agent view, a Skills section, and several bug fixes.
