Claude Code 2.1.237 adds Concise output style, fixes prompt caching
Claude Code 2.1.237 (Aug 20) adds a built-in Concise output style — results first, no preamble — and fixes prompt caching for sessions using an LLM gateway or custom base URL. 2.1.236 also introduced the ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_MODEL env var and cross-session notify_when_idle idle notices.
