OpenAI previews GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, Luna in restricted US preview

OpenAI Blog

Sol is priced at $5/$30 per 1M tokens (same as GPT-5.5), with Terra at $2.5/$15 and Luna at $1/$6. Access is initially restricted to ~20 government-approved companies; broader release expected in weeks. OpenAI says Sol beats Anthropic's Mythos using about one-third the output tokens on ExploitBench.
