Nemotron 3 Ultra harness tuning matches Opus 4.8 at ~8x lower cost

LangChain tuned the harness of a Nemotron 3 Ultra, not the model itself, to match the best agent run of Opus 4.8 at approximately 8x lower cost. The improvement came solely from changing the scaffolding around the model.
