DeepSeek released DeepSeek Harness v0.1, an open-source agent harness positioned against Claude Code and Claude Cowork, under an MIT license. Powered by the Cordis meta-framework, it offers a web interface and plugin-based structure, launchable via npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web.
