Claude Code 2.1.181 adds /config key=value syntax, Apple Events support

Adds /config key=value for settings from prompt and CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE env var. Bundled Bun upgraded to 1.4, fixes for network drives, prompt caching on custom base URLs, and macOS Apple Events entitlement.
