Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B open-weight MoE launches on Together AI

Qwen's new open-weight MoE packs 2.4T total parameters with 95B active, a 256K context window, and multimodal input. Announced July 19, 2026 at the World AI Conference in Shanghai, it's the team's first multimodal model above one trillion parameters.
