Qwen3.8-Max has 2.4 trillion total parameters (95B active) and a 1M token context window. It scores 56-58 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, trailing Kimi K3 by 1-4 points at a higher cost per task ($1.76 vs $0.86). Open weights arrive next week, the first for a Max-class model.
