Anthropic previews Model Hardware Standard for AI agents

Anthropic opened a research preview of the Model Hardware Standard (MHS), a spec for AI agents to safely operate lab and manufacturing equipment, cutting integration from weeks to hours. Early tests include a Genentech drug-discovery run and improving QuEra's quantum laser stabilization from 58% to 99.3%.
