CUDA 13.4 extends CUDA to Windows on Arm, previously Linux-only on Arm, and adds preview support for the NVIDIA Rubin architecture (compute capability 107). MPS V3 adds a scriptable CLI, named server instances, TOML config, SM partition controls, and cgroup GPU memory limits.
