Claude Code v2.1.181 adds /config key=value syntax and Apple Events sandbox setting

New release allows setting any setting via /config key=value syntax from prompt, sandboxed commands, or Remote Control. Also adds opt-in sandbox.allowAppleEvents for macOS Apple Events support.
