AWS Kiro adopts Agent Client Protocol to decouple agents from editors

AWS replaced three separate agent harnesses with a single architecture built around the Agent Client Protocol, letting users choose a coding agent without being tied to a specific editor or terminal. The move brings agent-editor decoupling a step closer to reality.
