New Algorithm for Symmetric NMF and Graph Clustering

Proposes a nonmonotone gradient-based algorithm for symmetric nonnegative matrix factorization (Symmetric NMF). The method improves upon projected gradient methods and is applied to graph clustering. Experimental results demonstrate convergence and effectiveness on clustering tasks.
