Claude Code 2.1.217 adds emoji autocomplete, warnings

Version 2.1.217 of Claude Code introduces emoji shortcode autocomplete in the prompt input (type :heart: to insert ❤️). It also adds warnings when transcript writes fail (e.g., disk full) or when session saving is off due to an inherited environment variable.
