Anthropic releases Claude Fable 5, a safe Mythos-class model

Claude Fable 5 is Anthropic's first Mythos-class model released to the public, with API pricing at roughly 2x Opus. It includes new safety measures: no zero-day retention (30-day data retention) and suppression of requests targeting frontier LLM development.
