HuggingFace reports security incident caused by autonomous AI agent

The attacker used an autonomous AI agent system to access HuggingFace's production infrastructure. HuggingFace detected and dissected the intrusion primarily with AI, but noted that the attacker was unbound by usage policies while their own forensic work was blocked by guardrails.
