Anthropic redeploys Claude Fable 5 after US lifts export controls

The US government lifted export controls on Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 on June 30, after suspending access on June 12. Fable 5 was redeployed July 1 with new classifiers to block cybersecurity tasks; paid plans have free access through July 7 at up to 50% of weekly usage.
