FDA plans to regulate generative AI medical devices

A recent ComfyUI commit (0752bcb / PR #16816) crashes workflows on MiniMax, LTX and newer models with "Linear.forward() got an unexpected keyword argument 'input_act'" or a mat1/mat2 shape error (2623x28672).
