Claude Code v2.1.186 adds CLI MCP authentication commands

New `claude mcp login` and `claude mcp logout` commands allow authenticating MCP servers from the CLI without the interactive menu. Version 2.1.186 also adds status filtering to the /workflows agent detail view and SSH stdin redirect support for login.
