Anthropic releases Claude Opus 5
Anthropic's Claude Opus 5 is now available on Amazon Bedrock, the Claude Platform, the API, and in Claude Code, described as its most advanced Opus model and first of the fifth generation. It offers 1M context with fast mode at $10/$50 per Mtok, and Anthropic says it approaches Fable 5's frontier intelligence at half the price.
