Alpine.js webUI is a lightweight local-model alternative to OpenWebUI
Built from scratch in Alpine.js and released under GPL3, the web UI targets local models with no subscriptions or corporate backing. Its creator rewrote the codebase to remove all "AI slop" and suggests it as a lightweight alternative to OpenWebUI and LibreChat.
