Thinky debuts Inkling, 975B-A41B multimodal open model

Inkling packs 975B parameters (41B active) and ships under Apache 2.0, which Latent Space calls the new best American open model. A smaller variant, Inkling-Small, has 276B parameters (12B active). The source notes it's not SOTA but a solid new family.
