Claude Code 2.1.169 adds safe-mode and sub-agent depth

Claude Code 2.1.169 introduces --safe-mode to disable customizations for troubleshooting, and allows sub-agents to spawn sub-agents up to 5 levels deep. The update also fixes sessions with 1M context getting stuck and improves Bedrock region detection.
