Ternary-quantized Swin2SR super-resolution model runs in browser at 668 KB

A community project applies BitNet-style ternary quantization to Swin2SR's 1.01M-param ×2 variant, encoding every weight as -1, 0, or +1 with per-group scales (~2.18 effective bits/weight), and reports Set5 ×2 results.
