CoreBreak flaws in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Google ADK, and Vercel AI SDK harnesses let forged instructions reach agent tools without a model turn. AWS fixed the managed service, Google patched ADK 2.5.0, Vercel patched harness-codex 1.0.29 and harness-opencode 1.0.28.
